Domestic Returns

  • If you would like to change your item for a different size or a refund, please return your unwanted item within 7 days of placing your order. Customers will have to cover the return cost and the product should be returned in its original condition, with the original tag intact.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.

  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, any make up or deodorant marks on the clothing, the return will become void and the items will be sent back to you.
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
  • Returns usually take 10 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 working days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
  • If you have received your order and you are missing one of your items or have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team by emailing us on info@lumiereb.com.
  •  Kindly quote your order number and provide us with the name of the missing/ incorrect item, so that we can look into this for you and get the error amended as quickly as possible.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method within 2 -3 days.

International Returns

  • International Orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order as shipping must be paid.
  • The original shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
  • All items must be returned in perfect condition in its original packing with the original tag intact. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, any make up or deodorant marks on the clothing, the return/ refund will become void and the items will be sent back to you.
  • Customs or any additional charges for returning the products will not be covered by Lumiere Boutique.

  • Our return & Refund Policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your dispatch notification. We must stress the 14 day period begins from the date we DISPATCH your order.
